Buck Norris:

It is a great disappointment that MIW.org has crawled into bed with the very political HRW in this unrelated context. The prisoners at Guantanamo are not the political or medical equivalent of US citizens who are desperately in need of improved mental health care. To confuse the two is more likely to attract those with an agenda that is not conducive to your mission and to repel those who could be of considerable help and influence in its advancement.
