People with schizophrenia suffer inconsistent services, deficient treatments, and a shortage of them, especially psychosocial treatments say the authors of a study in Schizophrenia Bulletin.The numbers may be as high as 40% of people who are diagnosed who are "out of care either consistently or at least for long periods of time while experiencing significant symptoms."
